Firewall Issues
If you have problems accessing this DEMO server newt.quantumsi.com
(65.203.136.100) the below PDF files cover testing procedures to
verify that your firewall is not restricting direct access to port
1113 (DATABASE) and/or port 80 (HTTP) which are both required by the CROME Applet and the
CROME Application. The most common issue is a firewall rule blocking port 1113.
In the event you need to Configure either a HTTP proxy or a SOCKS proxy,
although fully supported setup and verification can be complex, you will
need to schedule direct assistance from Quantum [
